Terms

Last updated November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Dravari, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, which runs Formuladrill. By creating an account or buying Pro you agree to them. Contact: support@formuladrill.com.

1. Who can use Formuladrill

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy Pro. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

2. What you get

Formuladrill offers Excel formula practice exercises with instant checking. Some exercises are free. Pro unlocks every exercise, the worked solutions and progress saved to your account. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay.

3. Monthly plan and automatic renewal

The monthly plan is charged when you buy it and then automatically every month on the same date, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in one click: open Account and choose Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. After the first 14 days, we do not refund part of a month.

4. Lifetime plan

The lifetime plan is one payment with no renewals. It gives Pro access for as long as Formuladrill is offered. If we ever close Formuladrill, we will tell lifetime customers at least 30 days in advance.

5. 14-day refund and withdrawal

If Pro is not for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Open Account and choose Withdraw from your purchase here, or email support@formuladrill.com. Pro ends when the refund is made. If you live in the EU or the UK, this also covers your legal right to withdraw within 14 days; nothing in these terms reduces the rights your local consumer law gives you.

6. Price changes

If we change the monthly price, we will email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies, with instructions for cancelling. Price changes never affect a lifetime plan you have already bought.

7. Fair use

Use Formuladrill for your own practice. Do not share your account, copy or republish the exercises or solutions, scrape the site, or try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Content

The exercises, solutions and site design belong to Dravari, LLC. Your answers belong to you; you allow us to store and show them to you so the service works.

9. No guarantees

Formuladrill is practice. It does not guarantee a job, an interview result or an exam result. We check every exercise carefully, but a check can still be wrong; please report it with the link under the result. The service is provided as it is, and may sometimes be unavailable.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dravari, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. Deleting it also stops a monthly plan.

12. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without taking away the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you. When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and for important changes we tell account holders in advance.
