The task
The commission rate is in F1. The first rep's commission is right, but the formula was copied down without locking the rate. There are two wrong cells. Fix them.
What this exercise teaches
Locking the rate as $F$1 keeps it fixed when the formula is copied. C2 works either way, which is why this mistake often goes unnoticed.
A hint if you get stuck
When a formula is copied down one row, every unlocked reference moves down one row too, including the rate.
