What this exercise teaches

ROUNDUP(month/3,0) maps months 1 to 3 to 1, 4 to 6 to 2, 7 to 9 to 3 and 10 to 12 to 4. For a fiscal year that starts in another month, shift the month number before dividing.

A hint if you get stuck

MONTH gives 1 to 12. Divide by 3, ROUNDUP to a whole number, then join "Q" in front with &.
